Join us for Sip & Sustain, our quarterly breakfast series exploring how Houston can responsibly transform environmentally challenged properties into community assets. This session will walk through how environmental risks are identified and studied before redevelopment begins, and how that early understanding helps guide responsible planning decisions. Over coffee and conversation, we’ll explore how careful preparation can turn once-challenging sites into opportunities that support stronger neighborhoods.

To keep the public informed and maintain a strong connection with our community partners, HLB will continue to host public meetings and share milestone activities and updates throughout the duration of the land banking agreement.
